We’re in an interesting time of human history with consistent changes and uncertainty affecting us globally and simultaneously at a personal level.

I took a moment to reconnect with my kindness, my creativity, to re-find my joy, and most importantly, to spend time with my family. For a few hours we with played with colour pencils, drew pictures together and sat at the dining table next to a window that looks out into the world. I also made the time to write and record a new song and music video.
